Joel is responsible for the annual development, implementation and evaluation of the association's marketing plan. As part of this role, Joel sets the overall direction of the travel trade strategy and ensures that the resources are in place to support the tour businesses that are working hard at selling the NWT to their clients. Joel is invested in building solid working relationships with travel trade professionals across all domestic and international markets NWT Tourism is asking in, ensuring that we are working together to grow this vital component of the tourism industry in the Northwest Territories.
